This Outdoor Living space won our first Contractor of the Year Award in 2009 for the Best Exterior Under $100k.  The beautiful stone and masonry work and fireplace truly set this space apart.  We added outdoor cabinetry, a granite countertop and sink and a beverage refrigerator for those hot summer afternoons.  All trim is cellular PVC and maintenance free.  This was in many ways our first Design/Build project where we both designed the space and built it.  Richard Souder Masonry provided their services to install all of the masonry work.  We installed a new Heat and Glow gas burning fireplace for those times when a little ambiance is desired or for snowy winter days when the owner enjoys sitting out to watch the snow fall.
