We designed a built this modest addition to house a new kitchen for the owners.  The old kitchen was transformed into a breakfast area with a table where the owners can entertain and play games with friends.  The exterior was designed to resemeble an addition that may have been added years ago.  We matched the siding that exists on the third floor dormers, we installed shutters to match, and we used cellular PVC crown moulding and soffit materials to match the existing but is also maintenance free.  The fiber cement siding will last for many, many years.  There are many fine details on this project.  In 2013, this project won both a Bucks Mont NARI Chaper as well as a Northeast Region Contractor of the Year Award for the Best Addition from $100k to $250k.
